  • Be your sole engineer. I'll prototype, review code, and build with your team, but I'm not a one-person dev shop
  • Run your IT helpdesk or manage your wider tech stack
  • Replace your existing CTO, Head of Engineering, or Head of Data
  • Sell you a platform, license, or anything with a margin attached

Q1

Get oriented. Ship something real.

Diagnose, prioritise, and ship one or two early initiatives that prove the model. Build trust with the team.

Q2

Build the operating rhythm.

AI work becomes part of how the leadership team operates. Initiatives are scoped, owned, and reviewed on a predictable cadence.

Q3

Compound.

Earlier work starts paying back. We scale what's working, kill what isn't, and start the second wave of harder bets.

Q4

Hand off, or keep going.

By now you either have an internal owner ready to take it (I help recruit them) or the cadence works and we keep running.

Investment.

Three-month minimum. Designed to run 12 months or more. Pricing depends on cadence (one or two days a week), travel, and the complexity of the business. We'll work it out on the call.
