What does an engagement cost?

The 90-day AI Strategy Jump Start is $15K to $25K AUD + GST where applicable, scoped to the complexity of your business and your existing technology footprint. Build and ongoing advisory work is scoped per engagement based on outcomes, team size, and cadence.

How are you different from a strategy consultancy?

Most consultancies deliver a deck and leave. The global firms do run strategy through to delivery, at engagement sizes and timelines built for enterprises. We do it at a scale and pace built for businesses like yours: the strategy, then the working systems, then the operating cadence to run them. One partner across strategy and delivery, not a hand-off between two firms.

How are you different from a systems integrator or dev shop?

SIs and dev shops need someone else to tell them what to build. We set the agenda first: what's worth doing, in what order, with what architecture. Then we build it, or direct your team and vendors to build it. Strategy and delivery are the same engagement.

Do you actually write code, or just advise?

Accepted Answer

We build. Prototypes, working integrations, production systems where it makes sense. We also work through your engineers and preferred vendors when that's the right shape. We're not trying to be your only development team, we're trying to make sure the right things get shipped.

How do you work with our existing team and vendors?

We lead the AI agenda and plug into whoever is already there: internal engineers, data teams, incumbent SIs, model and platform vendors. We're comfortable directing third parties and equally comfortable being directed by an internal AI or technology leader who owns the roadmap.

How much of our team's time will this take?

Light touch in the first two weeks of diagnosis. After that, a weekly cadence with your leadership team and working time with whoever owns each initiative. Delivery load sits with us and the people building; we're there to remove load from your executives, not add to it.

How do you handle confidentiality, data, and IP?

Standard mutual NDA up front. Anything we build for you is yours, including code, prompts, evaluations, and documentation. We don't take equity in clients and we don't syndicate your strategy, data, or artefacts across the practice.

Where do you work, and are you remote or on-site?

We work with established businesses in the United States, Australia, and Asia Pacific. The practice is based in Queensland and engagements run remote by default, with on-site time for kickoff, key workshops, and go-lives when it earns its keep.
